   • Thanks to the GE Campaign Team
     • This Annual General Meeting extends its thanks to the members of the GE Campaign Team for their hard work during and before the GE Campaign in both promoting registration and supporting the Liberal Democrat candidates.
   • Continuation of LDA Steering Committee
     • This Annual General Meeting agrees to the adoption of the new mandate as described in the
       attached LDA Broad Objectives and Steering Committee composition for 2025 proposal and
       to the appointment of Steering Committee members as requested by its Executive (as elected
       to serve from 1 January 2025).
   • Opening discussions with aim to merge with LD in France

     • This Annual General Meeting mandates the Executive to continue its history of collaboration with the Liberal Democrats in in France (LDF) and to seek agreement with LDF to make a formal proposal to merge the two Local Parties into one.
